Frequently Asked Questions

How do I go about gaining access to my vehicle?

If your vehicle is stored internally, we require 24 hour notice for you to gain access to it, this is to ensure your vehicle is ready for you (any cars blocking the vehicle, are out of the way). You can gain access during office hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. If you store your vehicle externally, we will provide you with a gate key, so you can come and go as you please.

How do I go about gaining access to my storage unit?

If your storage unit is stored internally, we also require 24 hour notice for you to gain access to it, this is because the units get stacked so we need to forklift them down for you. Similar to internal vehicle storage, you can gain access during office hours. If you have the larger external units, we don’t require notice to gain access, we will provide you with a gate key so you can gain access whenever you wish.

Are there any hidden costs?

Unlike other storage facilities, we will provide you with free locks and free keys, so there won’t be any nasty hidden costs.

Do I need to give notice when I vacate?

If you can give us as much notice as possible when you’re planning to vacate, we issue invoices in advance, so giving us notice will stop you being billed for the next calendar month.

Do you offer insurance?

Your insurance is included in the monthly cost of the storage unit.

What can I store?

You can store a variety of things from furniture storage, household contents, books and paperwork, boats & jet ski’s, cars & motorbikes, caravans & motor-homes and much more!

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We don’t require you to pay a deposit, however when you come in with your relevant documentation we require the first months storage upfront.

How do I go about storing with you?

We require photographic ID of the person who’s storing with us, a utility bill with your current address on (no older than 3 months), and if you’re storing a vehicle, we would need proof of ownership.

How do I move my belongings into storage?

You can have free use of our van to bring your belongings into storage with us, terms and conditions apply.

How can I pay?

You can pay cash, cheque, bank transfer or standing order.
